In spite of a sad economic situation, new technologies crossed significant stage in 2001 and 2002: deployment. A great number of Networks were constituted or are on the way to be. Integration and use of these technologies now exceed the framework of the simple experimentation. A 2002 principal outstanding facts press review of telemedicine and oncology is thus presented and a state of the networks and the tools for formation, communication and healthcare.
