[Comparison between transient elastography and noninvasive diagnostic model for the evaluation of liver fibrosis in patients with liver disease of schistosoma japonicum]

Abstract

选取73例血吸虫病患者,以肝活组织检查为"金标准" ,评估瞬时弹性诊断仪(Fibroscan)和无创诊断模型对日本血吸虫肝病患者肝纤维化程度预测价值。结果Fibroscan测定值与肝组织病理等级之间Spearman相关系数r = 0.651(P < 0.001)。Fibroscan预测F1(轻微肝纤维化)的截断值7.90;预测F2(显著肝纤维化)的截断值为8.15;预测F3(严重肝纤维化)的截断值为10.1;预测F4(肝硬化)的截断值为18.0。ARPI和FIB-4预测血吸虫病患者轻微肝纤维化具有较高价值;Fibroscan预测血吸虫病患者显著和严重肝纤维化时,优于无创诊断模型。.
