Abstract

乳腺包裹性乳头状癌伴大汗腺分化是一种少见肿瘤，同时具有包裹性乳头状癌的组织学结构和大汗腺分化的上皮特点，由于此类肿瘤罕见，缺乏基因表达谱的研究及临床病理资料的积累，2019版WHO乳腺肿瘤分类暂时未将其明确列入分类。该文报道1例49岁女性乳腺包裹性乳头状癌伴大汗腺分化，复习相关文献，总结临床病理特点，以建立针对此类肿瘤的最佳治疗方案。.
