Abstract

猴痘是由猴痘病毒引起的一种类天花样人畜共患病。人感染猴痘既往因流行区域局限，在非洲以外国家的聚集性或单病例发病均为零星发生。但最近欧美国家暴发的猴痘疫情，因传播方式和规模不同以往，引起广泛关注。既往该病在儿童中发病率及病死率较高，但随时间推移，该倾向似乎出现一些变化。鉴于目前全球多国猴痘疫情暴发及病例数不断增加，不应低估猴痘的公共卫生重要性。.
