Granular cell tumor (GCT), first described by Abrikosoff in 1926, is an uncommon neoplasm arising from Schwann cells. GCTs can occur in any part of the body and appear as gray-white or yellow lesions of variable size. The nasopharynx is an uncommon site of presentation, with only one other case reported. We present the first documented case to our knowledge of a GCT that exhibited complete spontaneous regression over a 13-year follow-up.
