Abstract

A novel method that combines 3-dimensional printed custom trays with facial scanning technology to improve removable denture fabrication is described. The technique allows for the precise determination of the occlusal planes, facial plumpness, and jaw relation records. By integrating digital measurements, the method simplifies the process, reduces clinical visits, and provides intuitive visualization for both patients and clinicians, especially for those with limited experience.
