Abstract

We report a series of rigid dendritic rod-like molecules featuring diverse functional apex groups and precise sequence control. These sequence isomers modulate molecular conformations, driving the formation of supramolecular lattice structures composed of columnar and various spherical units, including HEX, BCC, DDQC, and F-K σ phases. The selection of dendritic apex groups affects the lattice dimensions and phase stability. The precise and efficient synthesis of these rigid rod-like dendrimers offers promising new avenues for molecular self-assembly. These findings provide a versatile platform for engineering complex nanostructures and advancing the understanding of structure-property relationships.
