However, the Editorial Committee received an email from the corresponding author, Dr. Ping Zhang, requesting that the paper be withdrawn. The Editorial Board asked him to submit a letter of consent from all co-authors, and he subsequently provided one with the signatures of all co-authors. As that letter attested to the authors' intention, we approved the withdrawal of this paper.The authors have not disclosed the reasons for the withdrawal.
